Issues with Republic Recycling Billing and Pickup

Several residents did not have their recycling picked-up this week because of a Republic billing issue.  They switched to a new billing system and did not send out June bills.  They also discontinued their past due invoice reminders. As a result, recycling was not collected because service was discontinued (without warning.)  Additionally, a $15 service interruption fee was applied.

To resolve the issue and have the fee reversed, call Republic at 317-917-7300.

Republic will not be back to collect recycling until October 6; ask them to create a work order to pick up additional recycling and leave the extra recycling beside your container in a box or bag.
